Greg at Coastal Marine sales did a fantastic job with a recent boat purchase that I made. It was a used boat however they treated me and the boat as if it was a certified used auto. They did a thorough inspection of the boat and made numerous repairs that you just wouldnt find from an individual, let alone another used boat dealer. Greg Walker at Coastline Marine on Friday, Greg delivered my beautiful NauticStar 2302 Legacy to Cristena and I. When we caught a break from the early morning showers Greg called and said lets go drive the boat. He gave me the best hands on training I could have ever asked for from hooking up the trailer, backing it down the ramp, starting the motor, how to use all of my accessories, recognizing and utilizing channel markers, loading the boat back on the trailer, and everything in between. He is very meticulous, and ensures that everything on the boat works! If it doesnt works he will fix it before delivering it to you! YOU WILL NOT RECIEVE THIS KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYWHERE ELSE. There was so much information to retain but Greg left me confident enough to take it out a couple hours later with my family. While loading the boat we ran into a small issue with the winch strap. I called Greg after normal business hours, he walked me through what to do. I look up in the midst of loading the boat on the trailer and Greg is right there out of his own good will to see that we were safely and correctly loaded up. Purchased a used Shallow Sport 25x3 from Coastline. My Salesman was Greg Walker and he did an exceptional job. I drove 1100 miles to pick up this boat and I found the gel coat to be in not perfect shape. Greg told me to take it to a detailer near me and assured me he would take care of the bill. Herein lies the the above and beyond service. My detailer pointed out damage to the hull that had not been seen due to it being hidden by a bunk. You could just see about 1/2 of the damage. We had it lifted off the trailer and found significant damage. Greg told the previous owner and he denied doing any damage to the boat. This put me in quite a pickle and I did not feel that I should eat this cost. Greg felt the same way and took care of the $5000 repair bill. UNBELIEVABLE! I will consider them again if I ever have the need for another boat. Thanks Greg.

Loved these guys, thought installing a gps on my poling skiff would be too small of a job for them to be interested but they gave me a good price and did a GREAT job and I'm 100% satisfied. Dropped off my little skiff and they called a few days later and said it was ready. They were extremely busy and alot of the boats they had in their lot were worth more than my boat and my truck combined but they were super easy to deal with. Quick and painless.

Greg handled the sale he indicated on the way over for my demo ride the radio unit went out...so they installed a new one with bluetooth. He walked me through the boat and took me out on clear lake. Staff inside were helpful and paperwork took five minutes.Would buy again.
